They say confidence is the best makeup a girl can wear, and quite frankly, we couldn’t agree more! When you feel good, you look good, but that’s far from a coincidence. While again, this one sounds like a no brainer, smiling can instantly dismiss feelings of stress by tricking your brain into thinking you’re happy. Smiling can trigger a chemical release in the brain including dopamine and serotonin, which increase feelings of happiness and decrease feelings of stress.
