Mum-of-two lost 16 kilos in three months using a fat blasting treatment and cutting CARBS from her diet in the lead up to her 40th birthday

A few months before her 40th birthday, Nadia Maxwell realised that her lifestyle drastically needed to change. The single mum-of-two, from Melbourne, lost 12 kilos in the first three months from overhauling her exercise routine and diet.

To date she has lost an incredible 16 kilos.

‘I was about to turn 40 and was unhappy and overweight, my weight had fluctuated over the years, I wanted to be fit and fabulous but after years of crazy diets, weight loss programs and wasted gym memberships I wasn’t sure how,’ Nadia, now 41, told FEMAIL.

‘My diet had always been okay; I just ate large portions and ate emotionally,’ she added.

Feeling as though she was stuck in a rut a close friend recommended Nadia try Hypoxi, so she decided to give it a try.

‘I went for my first workout and loved it,’ she explained.

The fat burning service combines low impact exercise with advanced technology and healthy nutrition to help your body burn unwanted bulk.

‘I committed to three months of training and booked my 6am sessions three times a week in advance to fit it in alongside work and teenage kids,’ she explained.

Alongside her regular treatments, which cost $69 per session, Nadia also cut out carbs on exercise days and removed refined sugar, alcohol and wheat from her diet.

The only extra exercise she would do was a casual walk for 30 minutes.

‘I was very determined to make it work and with the help and motivation of the team there I lost 13 kilos and 57cm. I went from a size 14 to an 8.

‘I was fitter, stronger and happier. I had the courage to join the gym and now work out with a personal trainer and maintain my body with two Hypoxi sessions per week.’

‘It has been life changing.’
